Job Title: Schedule / Dispatch Supervisor

Location: South-South, Nigeria

Job Description

• Responsible for scheduling trucks for loading and dispatch of loaded trucks within the depot

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the collection and confirmation of available tickets at the deport manager's office.
• Ensure the submission of unloaded tickets and loaded figures at the end of our daily operations within 10 minutes.
• Issuing and writing of waybill to the drivers.
• Compare electronic ticket generated with manual ticket to ensure they tally before issuing the waybill.
• Attend to customer (drivers and market Rep) courteously.
• Detecting of original and fake loading charts.
• Confirmation of authority to load (ATL).

Qualifications and Experiences

• Minimum of B.Sc. Second Class (Upper Division) / HND Upper Credit in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Laboratory Science /Technology, or other relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in scheduling/dispatch of a tank farm with preference for petrochemical products and lubricants
• A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline and certifications in Quality or Operations management/HSE would be an added advantage.
