Job Description
- Supervise storekeepers in various sites making sure their records are correct and up to date.
- Monitor and develop skills and quality of work of storekeepers
- Centralize records of all company assets and shared resources including their movements among sites.
- Perform regular audits on sites
- Organize stock taking audits as and when needed
- Identify weakness of storekeepers and recommend training.
- Identify weaknesses in storekeeping procedures (and overall and individual sites) and recommend remedies.

The Sales Support Officer is mainly responsible for administrative functions as regards to sales department. He will provide back office support to the team to ensure smooth running of the department.
Job description
- Receive and respond to customer tenders, enquiries, queries and other requirements and process them in coordination with the relevant department (procurement, logistics etc) as the need arises
- Effectively handle and manage all Sales team archives and electronic storage activities
- Maintain the Sales team record spreadsheets, use the SAP client in the SAP engines of external clients (for all receipts, submissions and dispatch), e.g. NiPEx, SAP, Ariba client etc.), and all other external client electronic software dedicated to the Sales team.
- Prepare the monthly sales report and provide back office support.
- Provide internal and external clients with regular status reports, reconciliations and updates to gain client trust and cement our reputation of being a reliable solutions provider.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in similar field
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)

Job Description
- Consumer Loan Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the credit application process. This position will be selling the company’s installment payment services.
- Facilitate online sales via the telephone and all other customer touch points
- Educate customers on installment payment options and navigate them through the credit application process
- Processes customer applications and verifies customer information.
- Follow up with all aspects of each credit application until the customer is fully satisfied
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate suggestions and recommendations.
- Evaluate credit applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
- Improve credit applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements.
- Reject credit applications by explaining deficiencies to applicants.
- Complete credit application contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarizations.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping credit application information confidential.
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant numerate discipline (E.g Accounting, finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics).
- Proven analytical experience in a Credit Risk focused role working in either a first line or second line retail credit risk position.
- Experience and knowledge of Fintech and Financial Services industry
- Prior successful experience working in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
- Not more than 27years
- Must be able to make sales & collection calls in a fast paced goal oriented credit department.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, in an open, candid and consistent manner with both internal and external customers.
- Must be self-motivated and able to initiate and take action based on circumstances. Collaborates with others to address issues that arise.
- Must also have ability to plan, organize and complete project assignments timely.

- Monitor credit performance - monitoring of Accounts Receivables with emphasis on customer repayments
- Loan recovery & repossession Handle inbound and outbound calls for past due accounts, while maintaining composure and professionalism. Coordinate and execute repossession and liquidation of loans as needed to mitigate losses.
