Job Title: Head, Depot Operations (LPG)

Location: South-South, Nigeria

Details

• To ensure an excellent delivery in the sales of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to bulk buyers / customers. He reports to the Deport Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of maintenance and operations of the LPG Terminal, including Storage Area, Jetty Area, Control Room, Fire Fighting System and Truck Loading Bay.
• Ensure that the highest safety standards are implemented and the terminal is exceeding in all HAZOP/HAZID and HSE requirements for oil & gas pipelines, storage, transportation and distribution.
• Develop plans to optimize output from LPG tanks so as to achieve set targets.
• Coordinate all LPG related trainings for staff and ensure improvement at all times.
• Ensure optimal plant/equipment performance so as to achieve set targets.
• Perform other functions as may be requested by the Terminal Manager.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in the Sciences, Engineering or related discipline
• Eight (8) years’ experience in LPG operations with at least four (4) years in a management role
• Operations Management certification plus a post graduate degree in a relevant discipline would be an added advantage
