Your Role
- Working within the Product development team, you will manage products through its life cycle including the development, launch and management of the products, marketing plans, business plans, channel interaction and information sharing regarding the products.

- Follow defined product methodology in terms of taking product to market.

- We are looking for individuals with exceptionally strong knowledge of Unified Communications product and services; Hosted and on site IP PBX’s, Hosted Call Centres, VoIP telephony, Video services, Fixed and Mobile Converged products and services, Knowledge of Fixed and Broadband Access & IP Products and Services and basic networks Layer 2 and 3 products..
- Also, we require you to have experience in Financial Performance Management, Accounting practices, Commercial, Business and Product Management experience.

Your Role
- Working within the Business Development Group, this role will provide administrative support to the Executive Head of Department; BDG and work closely with entire BDG sales team.

- Define product definitions, pricing strategies, product features as well as all service and support aspects of the overall Cloud Services product offerings.
- Identify and work with vendor partners to establish thought leadership in their various markets and work with them to reach their customer base.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Sales to help define and shape the go-to-market strategy for your products.
- Own the product lifecycle and have a point of view on change management in all aspects of new product introduction and sustaining efforts.
- Evangelize our current solutions internally and externally via blogs, conferences, workshops and customer meet-ups.
- Work directly with the Executive Team as necessary to fulfill the vision and strategy of the corporate efforts that are executed inside your portfolio.
- Provide the Sales Organisation business consultative support required to sell the Cloud product. The Product Specialist shall function as the in-house product subject matter expert and a reference point for the Sales and Solutions Architecture team
- Provide pricing support to the Solutions Architecture team for pre-sales solution formulation including bid preparation
- Have a good understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- You must have a degree in Business or Technology with a minimum of 5-10 years post NYSC Experience in product development/management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- We are looking for individuals with proven experience as a Product development and management, deep understanding of the Cloud IaaS and Enterprise Virtualization markets, with a heavy focus on VMWare and its eco-system, public cloud systems like AWS, Azure and GSuite.
- It is desirable for you to have Top Technical competence with keen business acumen, ability to take complex technical concepts and communicate them simply and effectively to non-technical audience
- Also, we require a good communicator that can drive C-Level conversations with a bang! Experience at a Senior/ Expert level in cloud product (of any type) e.g, IaaS or Hosting would be a bonus!

Job Summary

Job Summary
- Cash Management Officer manages the Exchange’s incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Liaise with banks and maintain security and confidentiality of financial records.
- Maintains database of operating banks, their account details and facilitate documentation requirements
- Ensuring timely payment of payroll transactions / staff reimbursement
- Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues of the company (VAT/WHT)
- Processing of vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with contractual obligations and turnaround time on NSE-GAPs
- Monitoring bank balances and performing bank fee analysis
- Ensuring timely preparation of monthly reconciliation of all banks maintained by The Exchange and follow up of unreconciled transaction with the concerned department
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
- Reconciliation of various treasury related GL code with the trial balance
- Processing of all cash and bank transactions in business system (ERP)
- Preparation of weekly reconciliations of all bank accounts maintained by the Exchange
- Ensure that all cheque payments are supported by authorized invoices
- Ensure that the cash advance ledger is reconciled monthly and retirement are supported by appropriate documentation and authorized signatory
- Make calls to the bank directly to clarify adjustments or to clarify items on the bank statements in order to reconcile activity
- Ensure that sufficient fund are available in the bank account maintained by The Exchange to meet ongoing operational requirement
- Provides prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing requests and transactions on NSE-GAPs electronic payment platform
- Resolves a variety of clients, customers and staffs complaints and inquiries
- Administration of debit MasterCard’s and opening / closing new card accounts
- Review and reconcile transactions carried out on the Exchange’s POS Terminal
- Take corrective action to resolve issues such as payment discrepancies
- Maintain documentation to support requests for account adjustments
