    Admin / Kitchen Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
    • Monitor inventory and repurchase of foodstuff and supplies.
    • Effectively manage communications with customers and take orders via calls/whatsapp/social media.
    • Supervise and Coordinate activities of the cooks and workers to ensure all meals are prepared according to standards and delivered in a timely and orderly manner.
    • Record and document all production data and orders leaving the kitchen on specified forms.
    • Cooperate in the kitchen activities to ensure daily sales and smooth operation during events.
    • Work closely and Perform other duties as directed by the ceo.
    Requirements:
    • Female who must be from the Igbo Tribe and can speak English and Igbo fluently.
    • SSCE/ OND
    • Relevant experience as a supervisor and must be capable of working with little or no supervision
