AVODAN Project and Engineering Services Limited provides Project Management and Engineering Support to the Oil & Gas Industry; from Project Initiation all the way through to Commissioning of  Oil & Gas Projects, and Operations & Maintenance of Oil & Gas Processing Facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Production Seismologist/Head Exploration

Location: Rivers

Job Description

• Provide production seismology support, advice and coaching on technical and development issues to all petroleum engineering staff.
• Introduce, implement and maintain technologies, tools, guidelines and workflows that enable the HC maturation, well delivery, and WRFM processes and other activities, fully in line with relevant global processes and minimum standards.
• To maintain and update standards, policies and procedures in line with business needs, new technologies and global processes.
• To actively participate in the technical development of geosciences staff.
• Carry out detailed reservoir seismic characterization, interpretation and modelling studies.
• Partake in the delivery of fit-for-purpose field development plans as well as planning studies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
• To recommend and drive activities aimed at improving geophysical data quality and its management.
