We are looking for a qualified and committed individual to be part of our team as:

Job Title: Service Engineer

Duties

• Performance of repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Coordination of maintenance work in agreement with the customer as well as supervision and support of fellow service engineers
• Consulting / troubleshooting over the phone
• Performance of retrofit actions
• Creation of delegation reports and recommended spares lists
• Support of Engineering and Sales in technical matters
• Customer consulting on spare and wear parts plus retrofit packs & service contract
• Instruction and training of customer personnel
• Participation in new developments
• Keep customer data up to date in CRM and follow up leads and opportunities

Qualifications

• Technical education, electrical or mechanical or automation
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Service Engineer in a similar industry
