Job Title: Sales Manager, Customer Service
Location: Lagos
Duties
- Leading the Customer Service sales team in Nigeria
- Responsible for Customer Service sales with special emphasis on:
- Automation retrofits
- Single machines
- Customer Service projects (investment < USD 1m)
- Lead and develop strong CS sales team: manages and plans team (sales calls and service calls) and is the interface to back-office and Center of Competence. Ensures the communication between the CS Sales team and the plant sales team
- Build strong relationships with customers in co-ordination with Plant + Equipment sales team
- Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders
- Ensure security and optimal working conditions for the employees
- Define and implement the strategic and operational plan –(CS Grand Slam / Hoshin Kanri initiatives)
- Keep customer data up to date in CRM and follow up leads and opportunities
- A Technical background is essential and an Engineering University Degree or equivalent would be a distinct advantage
- Minimum 5 years of sound professional experience in sales
- Fundamentals of business administration and marketing
- Leadership training (Advantageous)
