We are looking for a qualified and committed individual to be part of our team in the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager, Customer Service

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Leading the Customer Service sales team in Nigeria
• Responsible for Customer Service sales with special emphasis on:
  • Automation retrofits
  • Single machines
  • Customer Service projects (investment < USD 1m)
• Lead and develop strong CS sales team: manages and plans team (sales calls and service calls) and is the interface to back-office and Center of Competence. Ensures the communication between the CS Sales team and the plant sales team
• Build strong relationships with customers in co-ordination with Plant + Equipment sales team
• Positively represent the company with all external/internal stakeholders
• Ensure security and optimal working conditions for the employees
• Define and implement the strategic and operational plan –(CS Grand Slam / Hoshin Kanri initiatives)
• Keep customer data up to date in CRM and follow up leads and opportunities

Qualifications

• A Technical background is essential and an Engineering University Degree or equivalent would be a distinct advantage
• Minimum 5 years of sound professional experience in sales
• Fundamentals of business administration and marketing
• Leadership training (Advantageous)
