Job Description
Responsibilities:

Required skills/Attributes:
- Preparation of the Company Annual Budget and long-term financial strategies
- Preparation of the Company Financial Statements and Management Reports,monthly, quarterly and annually
- Manage relationship and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings, in conjunction with the
- Company’s tax consultants by ensuring that returns are rendered promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled and monthly financial reports are properly prepared
- Manage relationships with Financial Institutions and optimise the company working capital
- Working with management in protecting the Company& margins through reduction in Net Financing costs, control of operational costs, maximizing income and achieving company’s earnings objectives
- Liaising with external auditors, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting,
- Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
- Ensure all documentations for approval are correct and transactions are accurately posted into the
- Company’s ERP (ERP implementation will be co-ordinated by the successful candidate).
Qualifications/Experience:
- B.Sc or HND in a related field (First or Second Class Upper Division). Having an M.Sc. in Social Sciences or Management will be an added advantage
- A Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in similar role
- Proficient in the use of Enterprise-wide Application such as SAGE or SAP and Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint Presentation

- High awareness of quality issues and attention to details
- Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment and tact

- Age:Must not be more than 45 years old
