Job Title: Head of
Finance & Accounts
Location: Lagos
Job Description The Head of
Finance & Accounts leads the finance team of the organisation and is
expected to be responsible for overall financial administration of the
Institute. He/She will ensure compliance with the Institute's financial
guideline and control measures to reduce operational and financial
risks. He/She will also manage and coordinate the overall budgeting
process, review and analyse financial trends, manage cash flow and
develop the financial system. This individual must demonstrate critical
competencies in four broad categories: commitment to results, business
savvy, leading change, and motivating.
Education and Work Experience A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required with at least eight (8) years' post-graduation experience in a similar role Membership of ICAN or ACCA
