Job Descriptions

• Formulating and reviewing finance and accounting procedures and policies as and when required.
• Developing and cascading the Departmental targets through a performance management structure while inspiring team to achieve the departmental scorecard in line with overall objective
• Preparation of financial performance analysis
• Managing and planning for cash flow
• Timely reports
• Purchasing and reconciliation as required
• Spearheading, planning and coordinating the timely preparation of annual work plans that are translated into complete budgets for all business and support units.
• Ensuring timely and effective management of payments as per approved policies and procedures.
• Ensuring timely preparation and presentation of financial statements to the Board and the Management Committee on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Coordinating the preparation of tax returns to ensure compliance with taxation acts and statutory requirements.
• Assessment of options to facilitate raising capital for business growth

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 7+ yrs Experience
• Bachelors degree in Business/ Accounting or equivalent/CA/CPA/ACCA

• Financial Accounting: 7 years (Preferred)
