position below: Front Desk/Operations Executive Job Description Greet
persons entering the company, determine nature and purpose of visit, and
direct or them to specific destinations. Answer questions about the
company and provide customers with relevant information about the
company.
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed Receive letters, packages, couriers, etc. and send them to appropriate persons. Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Receive and relay incoming calls to appropriate quota.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer database, production and delivery of enrolled members ID cards and reconciliation of customers data with Provider records. Process complaints, following established guidelines. Enroll customers, gather and verify customers information, data entry, assist customers to resolve issues such as billing inquiries, processing of payments and explaining new products and services offered. Any other duties as may assigned.
Requirements Preferred candidates must be smart,articulate and empathic Qualification: B.Sc/HND Preferred Years of Experience: 0-2 years.
