    Customer Service Executive

     
    The job holder must have an ND (National Diploma) certificate in business, communication, humanities or marketing related discipline with a minimum of 1-year post qualification experience in related field.
    Key Roles
    • Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Job holder will be the front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
    Principal Accountabilities
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Flexible work Schedule: 2 days ON, 1 day OFF
    Remuneration: N50,000
