• be International students.
• pursuing the bachelors degree must have successfully completed their upper secondary (high school).
• pursing the masters degree must have completed their bachelors degree program from an internationally recognized university.
• demonstrate academic talent and show interest in belonging to an educational environment.
• have received an offer of place at Uppsala University.
