Michael Stevens Consulting - Our client, a well established and structured FMCG Company has retained our services to search for self managed professionals of high integrity to drive its business in the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Supervisor (VSS)

Locations: Anambra, Edo and Delta

Job Description

• This role is instrumental to ensuring Sales and Distribution targets of the company are achieved.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage an average of 10 VSR
• Accompany VSR during Calls to maximize route effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure all brands/SKUs are loaded on VSR truck on time daily before trucking out.
• Ensure VSR Sell all recommended SKUs in correct quantities to all outlets achieves volume target
• Ensure VSR sells at the correct price to the outlet
• Support VSR during merchandising while selling in outlets
• Monitor outlet pricing and competition activities and report same to TM
• Ensure VSR adhere to assigned JP

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of OND holder
• Healthy and physically fit
• Proven understanding of Selling (Understanding of DWS)
• Ability to manage people at VSR level
• Good communication skills - Written and Verbal
• Ability to drive and must have valid drivers' licence
