Job Title: Software Engineer (Back-end/Web Developer)

Location: Lagos

Job Brief/Responsibilities

• The software developer is an innovative individual who will developed clean, efficient codes based on specifications.
• He/she will work alongside other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:

• Execute full lifecycle software development
• Work with other developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Implement and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Excellent knowledge relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies
• Hands on experience in designing interactive applications
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
• Above average skill in one or more of the following programing languages and frameworks will be an added advantage: PHP (Laravel), Python (Django) and GO.
