Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least 10 years Human Resource Management experience from manufacturing companies.
• He/She must be versed in Nigerian Labour Laws, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Payroll Administration.
• An advanced Degree and professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be aged less than 45yrs.
• Candidates must be with high level of dedication and passion for excellence.
• They must be leaders capable of leading people, driving the vision of the board and exceeding targets, goals and objectives.
• They must be entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
• They must be ready to be interviewed in the headquarter of the company in Onitsha.
• Candidates must be graduates.
• Computer skills is very essential.
