Job Title: Shift Production Supervisor

Job Summary

• Shift Production Supervisor shall ensure agreed Production volumes are met, in a safe and sustainable manner with no incidents or harm to the environment, people or the asset through developed and motivated staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving targeted production volumes and LNG loading operations in a safe manner by controlling DCS operations and LNG loading operations
• Responsible for issuing PTW to the respective maintenance supervisors for the routine plant maintenance
• Responsible for managing emergency response system
• Responsible for generating and issuing shift production reports
• Manage the assigned KPI for Shift Production team to ensure that the Production department KPI objectives are met.

Qualification and Personal Attributes

• The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical Engineering and must have at least 10 years hands-on experience in LNG/Gas plant operations out of which 3 years must be as a Shift Production Supervisor in an LNG plant.
