Russia said its recent deployment of two of its new Su-57 fighter jets to Syria would scare off other countries from flying their planes in Syrian airspace. But the Su-57 is a long way from being combat ready, and it's unreasonable to think the US, Israel, or Turkey would be deterred from operations in Syria by two of the unproven jets.
