SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
We are currently searching for an experienced and self motivated Senior Structural Engineer for one of our client, who is a major player in the Oil and Gas/Power industry.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor assigned junior engineering professionals to successfully completion of project
Demonstrate leadership to effectively manage structural engineering activities
Must fully understands the roles and objectives of structural engineering technology
Ability to meet changing project requirements, priorities and maintain auditable records
Demonstrate a commitment to the project and project team as requires
Interface effectively with client counterparts and consultants to build effective relationships
Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. degree Civil or Structural Engineering
Leadership training and professional registration will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 – 10 years of related structural engineering experience and design preferably in the infrastructure sector
Previous experience as a senior structural engineer is highly required
Demonstrate commitment to HSE Management in a project environment
Experience working within a government agency is required
Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and skills in database management and record keeping
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective client business relationships
